The Recovery Home Support Worker provides culturally informed crisis intervention, life skills coaching, and support to individuals affected by mental illness, addictions, and trauma. They are also responsible for overseeing household duties, maintaining client records, and facilitating social and recreational activities. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience working within Indigenous communities and possess formal education or training in social services, health care, or a related field. Essential certifications include Food Safe Level 1, First Aid, and a valid class 5 driver's license.
