The supervisor will lead, mobilize, and support museum mediators and volunteers while ensuring the quality and deployment of educational and cultural programs. They are also responsible for managing schedules, overseeing artistic materials, and facilitating collaboration between various museum teams. Candidates must hold an undergraduate degree in arts, cultural management, or museology. A minimum of two years of personnel management experience and three years of experience in cultural mediation are required, along with excellent proficiency in French and English.
