Au quotidien, tu contribues à nos activités de prospection clientèle en établissant des échanges de qualité et en facilitant la prise de rendez-vous avec nos agentes et agents en assurance de dommages. Grâce à ton écoute et à ton approche centrée sur le service, tu participes activement au développement de nos affaires tout en offrant une expérience client distinctive et personnalisée. Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes : Contacter la clientèle ciblée afin de planifier des rendez-vous téléphoniques avec un agent en assurance de dommages Consigner les rendez-vous et transmettre l’information requise aux équipes du Centre d’appel Recueillir les dates d’échéance des contrats d’assurance automobile et habitation afin d’identifier les occasions d’accompagnement Assurer le suivi des campagnes de publicité et de publipostage pour soutenir les activités de développement des affaires Créer une expérience client positive en offrant un service courtois, professionnel et humain Mettre à jour l’information pertinente dans les dossiers clients Réaliser différentes tâches administratives contribuant à l’efficacité des opérations Vos talents et vos qualifications : Diplôme d’études secondaires Aisance en communication téléphonique et en service à la clientèle Être disponible minimale de 12 heures par semaine durant la période scolaire, incluant deux soirs et le samedi, ainsi qu’une disponibilité minimale de 21 heures par semaine pendant la période hors scolaire Maîtrise de la langue française, tant parlée qu’écrite Maîtrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise. Les candidats retenus devront se soumettre à un test d’anglais oral et grammaire.
