Les préposés à la prospection de la clientèle sont les alliés de nos agents en assurance de dommages! Nous recherchons actuellement de nouveaux collègues pour contribuer à notre succès et participer à notre croissance. Ta contribution à l'équipe * Être le premier point de contact des clients en répondant aux appels entrants et en offrant une expérience client personnalisée et efficace. * Contacter la clientèle afin de proposer un rendez-vous avec une personne agente en assurance de dommages. * Planifier et transmettre les rendez-vous. * Assurer le suivi des campagnes publicitaires et de publipostage. * Recueillir les dates d'échéance des contrats d'assurance automobile et de biens personnels. * Mettre à jour les renseignements dans les dossiers clients. Ce qui te permet de réussir * Diplôme d’études secondaires (DES) * Maitrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, ainsi qu’une maitrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise Les horaires de travail pourront être établis du lundi au vendredi entre 8h et 20h et les samedis entre 8h à 16h. Requirements
