Lead implementation and operational support for patient self-registration kiosks, including requirements gathering, workflow design, configuration, testing, deployment, and issue resolution. Coordinate with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor stakeholders while maintaining documentation, training users, and supporting privacy, security, and change-management needs.

Provide advanced nursing care to cancer patients across the care journey, including symptom management, comprehensive assessments, oncology procedures, ordering medications and tests, and facilitating advanced care planning. Collaborate with oncologists and interdisciplinary teams on admissions, follow-up care, admission avoidance education, and service improvement initiatives.

Lead and develop the Labour Relations team while building constructive relationships with union partners. Guide collective bargaining, grievances, mediation, and arbitration; advise leaders on complex workplace matters; and develop strategies and improvements aligned with organizational priorities and applicable agreements and legislation.

Provide strategic and operational labour relations expertise to support organizational goals and build positive labour-management relationships. Responsibilities include administering collective agreements, leading workplace investigations, and managing grievances within a unionized healthcare environment.
