POSITION SUMMARY As a member of the Strategic Sourcing team, the Supply Chain Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's adherence to trade regulations, tariffs, and duty requirements. This position involves active collaboration with suppliers to gather, track, and verify required documentation, including USMCA certificates, as well as detailed material composition and origin data for purchased items. The analyst will support Sourcing Business Management team in cleaning and organizing data into appropriate tracking systems, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of compliance records. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Support Business Analysts with data cleansing and organizing information into appropriate tracking systems Engage in active collaboration and communication with suppliers to monitor, track, and prioritize requests for information Request, collect, verify, and organize USMCA Certificates received from suppliers, ensuring data accuracy in the documentation received and the in database Gather and maintain detailed reports material composition and origin data on purchased items Keep informed about evolving legislation related to tariffs, duties, and trade regulations Conduct and prepare analyses as needed or as directed by Sourcing Leadership WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: Post-secondary education in business, management, or a related field (completed or in progress) Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office application 1 - 3 years of experience in a related field Experience with customs or compliance functions is an asset Experience working with manufacturing bills of materials (BOM) strongly preferred Experience with ERP systems and data management Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast- paced, team-oriented environment Benefits OUR WHY: We exist to move people.
