The Senior Change Management Consultant will lead change activities for the HR Business Intelligence program, translating complex technical changes into clear strategies for adoption. They will also oversee the implementation of the City’s Data Accountability framework while managing stakeholder engagement and training initiatives. Candidates must have post-secondary education in a relevant discipline and extensive experience leading transformational projects in large organizations. Strong business acumen and deep knowledge of change management methodologies are essential for this role.
