Job summary

Our client is sourcing for a Manager, Investor Relations for a 12 month contract Responsibilities Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders. Develop clear and accurate written communications, including announcements, presentations, and executive messaging. Analyze financial and operational results to support business reporting and decision-making. Coordinate reporting activities and ensure timely preparation of disclosure and communication materials. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Support the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and stakeholder events. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all communications and reporting materials. Experience 5+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, financial analysis, capital markets, or a related field. Experience supporting a publicly traded or publicly accountable organization. Strong understanding of financial statements, reporting processes, and capital markets. Proven experience preparing executive presentations and business communications. Strong financial analysis and reporting skills. Experience coordinating reporting cycles and supporting regulatory or corporate disclosure requirements. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience working with external stakeholders, investors, or financial professionals is an asset.
