In addition to these components, students expand their understanding of backstage processes through crew work supporting third- and fourth-year productions. Crew tasks are assigned according to individualized schedules, typically concentrated in 3- to 6-week periods and including some work in the evenings and/or on weekends. Minimum Qualifications: BFA/BA in Acting and/or Theatre, equivalent degree, or equivalent professional experience; strong evidence of established and ongoing professional experience; currency in contemporary approaches to teaching neutral mask; clear evidence of teaching expertise.
