Job summary
Our client, a healthcare communications agency, is looking for a Creative Resource Manager on a freelance contract basis, hybrid in Toronto, ASAP! Responsibilities: Manage resource allocation across creative, editorial, QA, and development teams Track day-to-day workloads, availability, and leave. Maintain accurate and up-to-date resource schedules and Smartsheet. Manage daily and weekly scheduling changes. Act as the day-to-day operational point of contact for teams. Coordinate staffing for copywriters, designers, art directors, editors, banner developers, and QA resources Support workload forecasting and team capacity planning Provide seamless coverage during Resource Manager absences Partner closely with team leads to ensure projects are appropriately staffed Requirements: Agency resource management experience required Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with resource/project management tools (Smartsheet preferred, not required) Healthcare agency experience is a plus but not required You can use www.workgrades.com to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
