This role focuses on service excellence, operational performance, client communication, and quality assurance to ensure company standards and customer expectations are consistently achieved. Major Responsibilities * Coordinate and oversee snow and ice management operations across multiple sites. * Monitor weather conditions and coordinate crew and equipment mobilization. * Conduct site inspections before, during, and after weather events. * Monitor and uphold company safety, quality, and operational standards. * Manage site documentation, reports, service tickets, and purchase orders. * Investigate and document incidents, property damage, and customer complaints. * Review and approve ancillary work and operational records. * Participate in pre-season planning, mid-season reviews, and post-season evaluations. * Provide regular operational updates and feedback to management. Requirements * 3+ years of experience managing field operations, crews, or contractors in landscaping, snow removal, construction, logistics, or a related industry. * Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and customer service abilities. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile technology. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts during weather events.
