The Hearing Care Professional will conduct hearing loss evaluations and provide exceptional client counseling and product education. They are responsible for maintaining ongoing client relationships and managing correspondence with families, physicians, and third-party payees.

Conduct on-site occupational hearing tests and respirator fit testing in accordance with WorkSafeBC regulations. Maintain accurate documentation and reports while providing exceptional customer service at client locations.

Provide exceptional client experiences through hearing loss evaluations, product recommendations, and continuous patient care. Manage professional correspondence with families, physicians, and third-party payees to ensure holistic client support.
