Job Summary Math/Science Teacher - Grades 8-10 0.857 FTE temporary contract, starting September 8, 2026 or upon completion of the posting process to January 29, 2027. Must have a degree/formal training and or teaching experience in Math and Science at the Secondary level. This position is scheduled to include Grade 8 Math/Science, Grade 9 Math/Science and Grade 10 Science. Please note that all work will be on site. The teacher will be responsible for instructing Grade 8 and 9 Math and Science, as well as Grade 10 Science. All instructional activities will be conducted on-site at Fernie Secondary School.

Applicants must possess a degree or formal training and teaching experience in Math and Science at the secondary level. BC Teacher Certification is preferred.
