Posting Number: T7-4054744 - Round 1 Description: Kindergarten Teacher Location: Isabella Dicken Elementary School, Fernie, BC Contract Type: Part-time Temporary (0.60 FTE) Salary Range: The starting annual salary for this teaching position ranges from $42,235 to $71,512, with placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement. Preference will be given to applicants with BC Teacher Certification. Must have a degree/formal training and/or teaching experience in subjects and at a level specific to each posting. Job Summary Kindergarten Teacher 0.60 FTE temporary contract, starting September 8, 2026 or upon completion of the posting process to June 25, 2027, or return of the incumbent. Must have a degree/formal training and or teaching experience at the Primary level. This position will be scheduled for three days per week, with the specific workdays still to be determined.
