Compensation: $30.65 per hour with full-time hours and overtime opportunities Seasonal position ending December 31, 2026 What you can expect from us: Commitment to Safety with an outstanding in-house safety record Modern and clean work environment Comprehensive training and development Supportive team environment with opportunities to learn new skills Dynamic, fast-paced production environment Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate and troubleshoot production equipment on the Variety Pack line Follow all safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements at all times Maintain awareness of surroundings while working in a forklift-intensive production environment Perform repetitive manual handling of product, including lifting and moving cases weighing approximately 25 to 30 lbs throughout a 10-hour shift Utilize proper ergonomic lifting techniques to safely move product from pallets to conveyors and conveyors to pallets Complete quality control checks including code date verification, product inspections, and shrink wrap inspections Ensure quality checks are completed accurately and thoroughly to prevent product defects and rework Work collaboratively with a team of 3 to 4 employees on the production line to achieve productivity and quality targets Support teammates and proactively assist with line operations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution Maintain accurate production and quality records as requiredEnsure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety standards Maintain housekeeping standards and keep work areas clean and organized Achieve performance standards related to safety, quality, productivity, and line efficiency Demonstrate initiative and a strong sense of urgency in supporting production goals Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and management Qualifications Self-motivated, well organized, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision Demonstrated ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Forklift certification may be required Must have basic computer competency skills Must possess strong record keeping abilities Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety requirements Ability to repeatedly lift and handle cases weighing approximately 25 to 30 lbs throughout the shift, with occasional lifting up to 40 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, reach, grasp, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods Ability to work shifts and overtime as required Demonstrate good attendance and reliability Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Power the Brands People Love From the products on the shelves to the moments consumers share every day, PepsiCo’s frontline teams make it happen.
