JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team as a Program Support Coordinator. Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, this temporary position will provide administrative and project support to the Ontario REALTOR® Wellness Program (ORWP). The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting member communications, data management, stakeholder coordination, and day-to-day administrative activities to help ensure smooth and successful operation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative support for ORWP. Coordinate and track project activities, timelines, and deliverables to support successful implementation. Assist with the preparation, review, and distribution of member communications related to the insurance carriers. Support data collection, validation, reporting, and document management activities. Respond to member inquiries and assist with issue resolution by liaising with internal teams and external vendors. Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track action items. Maintain ORWP related documentation, records, and filing systems. Assist with testing, quality assurance, and member experience activities associated with the program. Monitor program support inboxes and ensure inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and status updates for management and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Communications, and external service providers as required. Perform general administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. One to three years of experience in an administrative, project coordination, benefits administration, or customer service role. Experience supporting program implementations, transitions, or special projects is considered an asset. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to provide professional and responsive customer service. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive member information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic project environment. Experience working with employee benefits, insurance programs, or membership-based organizations is considered an asset. WHY OREA?
