Job Description

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) - Saskatoon and University Saskatchewan, Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery has a locum position available to a team player who has an interest in the full spectrum of plastic surgical care. The locum would have access to at least one OR day a week and possibly more depending on the desire. Outpatient clinic space is available for one day a week and often more based on vacant clinic time. The successful candidate should be competent in a full spectrum of plastic surgery trauma care. There will be opportunity for general reconstruction, microsurgery, breast reconstruction and hand surgery electively. Language of work is English.

Job Qualifications

The successful candidate will hold certification or be eligible for certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) in Plastic Surgery and be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS).
