THIS IS ACHIEVED BY THE COORDINATOR HAVING AN ONGOING AWARENESS AND INVOLVEMENT IN WORKFLOW OF THE UNIT. DUTIES INCLUDE BED MANAGEMENT, DISCHARGE PLANNING, ADVOCATING FOR THE PATIENT/FAMILY, IDENTIFYING SUPPLY AND EQUIPMENT NEEDS AND ASSISTING WITH STAFF SCHEDULING. Job Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing Basic Life Support (BLS) Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) Experience 5 YEARS RECENT ACUTE CARE NURSING EXPERIENCE, 3 OF WHICH MUIST BE IN THE SPECIFIC CLINICAL AREA REQUIRED.
