As a Senior Business Systems Analyst with the Development & Learning team at TELUS, you will lead the global learning technology strategy, driving major initiatives like the LXP implementation, Content Controller advancement and sustainment, and SAP learning module. Your role is also pivotal in advancing our learning analytics strategy through innovative technology solutions. You will serve as a consultant, collaborating with diverse teams across all of TELUS, including affiliates and M&A groups. Collaborating with learning systems experts, designers, business primes, administrators, and vendors, you will serve as a consultant, leveraging your strong relationship-building and solution-oriented skills to foster robust partnerships. Your role involves addressing complex system and user issues, ensuring meticulous planning, thorough testing, and optimal support processes for TELUS learning programs. Your strategic mindset and inquisitiveness enable you to foresee the future implications and downstream or upstream impacts of system modifications. Your enthusiasm for new technologies, streamlined process design, and top-notch user support will drive the continuous advancement and extensive utilization of cutting-edge learning technologies at TELUS.

What you'll do

• Lead the implementation and sustainment strategy for our LXP, including working with business unit primes to support the integration of all learning systems used at TELUS
• Drive forward our global learning technology strategy through researching, identifying business requirements, creating business cases, procuring and implementing new learning technologies
• Provide tier III troubleshooting and problem-solving for system / content issues and learning inbox escalations
• Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to learning administrator community, learning and program primes
• Develop strong partnerships with Business Unit stakeholders to pursue shared learning technology platforms for TELUS

Qualifications

What you bring

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning Module certification
• 5-7 years' experience with learning systems
• Understanding of HRIS systems
• Keen eye for UI/UX design
• Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex concepts to a variety of audiences
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent presentation skills

• Post-secondary education in computer science
• Experience with GCP, APIs, & technical integrations
• Understanding of AI technologies
