You'll participate in developing and deploying the company's internal and external communication strategies. This will contribute to create a strong sense of belonging, maintain employee engagement levels, ensure high operational efficiency of teams and attract new talent.

You'll need your organizational skills, ingenuity and versatility on a daily basis to develop trusting relationships with our internal clients, uncover promising new perspectives to create captivating content for our recruitment efforts, contribute to our internal and external media, or work with team members on key projects.

  • Develop creative and impactful internal communication campaigns that align employees with the firm's strategic objectives.
  • Support the team in managing external projects related to employer branding.
  • Advise stakeholders on internal communications best practices and work with them to design, deploy and evaluate internal communication strategies, campaigns and plans.
  • Write clear, accurate and engaging content and ensure it is adapted to target audiences and shared via appropriate channels (intranet, digital signage, email, video).
  • Coordinate with internal and external technical teams (e.g., the IT team, media placement agencies, graphic designer).
  • Ensure compliance with visual standards when promoting various multimedia content (emails, banners, social media, web, etc.).
  • Integrate change management best practices into proposed communications plans, particularly when deploying sensitive, high-profile projects.
  • Working with the Coordinator, regularly update intranet content and logistics for internal events.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work with all team members on a range of projects.

Job requirements at a glance

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications or any other relevant field
  • At least seven years of relevant experience in marketing communications
  • Excellent business writing skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, including Outlook
  • Strong knowledge of the internet and intranet management (Unily)
  • Ability to work effectively deal with a wide range of stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Asset: Bilingual (English and French)
  • Asset: Proficiency in Web content editing software and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, etc.)
