What we are looking for:

The candidate will be under the supervision of the Supervisor, IT-Services, the technician provides first-level IT support to users. He will be part of a call center.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide first level support by phone and email;
  • First diagnosis;
  • Assigned tickets to technicians’ level 2-3;
  • Follow up with users;
  • Password reset;
  • Report major incidents to the appropriate people.

Must have requirements to be successful in this role:

  • College or professional diploma in computer science or any other discipline deemed relevant;
  • Very good verbal and written communication;
  • Autonomy and ability to work effectively in a team;
  • Good knowledge 10;
  • Good knowledge of Office 365 environment;
  • Good knowledge of iPhone and Android devices;
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English (oral and written);
  • Asset, level 1 IT Support experience.

Special Condition:

  • The technician must be available to start very early (7:30 am) or finish late (6:00 pm).
