We are looking for a Human Resources Clerk - Co-op at our Walker Head Office location.

The successful applicant will:

• Assist with the maintenance of both computerized and manual filing systems;
• Assist with updates to and posting on intranet of corporate human resources policies;
• Provide assistance with enrolments and updates to group benefits programs;
• Assist with various department needs as required;
• Be enrolled in a Business Administration (Human Resources) co-op program.
• Have exceptional communication/interpersonal skills.
• Work well independently, take initiative and be able to work as part of a team.
• Have superior organizational and time management skills.
• Be available to work 40 hours per week from April 29 to August 30, 2024;
• Minimal travel between workplaces will be required as such applicants must have access to own vehicle;
• French would be an asset

Your outgoing nature, superior verbal & written communication skills, ability to learn at a fast pace, and attention to detail & quality of work may make you the candidate we are looking for!

Experience with Excel, Word and Oracle would be a definite asset.
