Description:

In this role, you will play a vital part in the deliverance of all guest activities, and in-resort marketing initiatives. It will be an extremely multi-faceted role which encompasses, activity and event set up, working the fun zone area including climbing wall and bouncy castle as well as be the hero of all Panorama guests' children who participate in the day camp activities. You will ensure all activities are well planned, set up, delivered, and taken down in a first-class manner. In addition, you will actively provide guest information regarding Panorama Mountain Resort- events, services, facilities and assist guests with activities, all while having the time of your life!

Essential Functions:

  • Facilitate camp programs, organization and coordination activities and events as needed.
  • Conduct all camps for children ages 5 to 12.
  • Work the climbing wall, fun zone areas.
  • Must possess an extensive knowledge of activities, events, resort amenities and surrounding area information.
  • Assist the Activities and Camps Manager and Supervisors with functions and special events as required.
  • Accountable for dept. area daily maintenance of grounds, equipment & amenities
  • As a valued member of the activities team, you may be required for duties within the Department but outside of your regular role.

  • Other duties as required.

Experience/Requirements:

  • Must possess an extensive knowledge of activities, events, resort amenities and surrounding area information.
  • Water safety knowledge and basic first aid helpful.
  • Guest relations, working with all ages, day camp experience preferred.
  • Any first aid training.
  • Programs require physical versatility.
  • Maintenance in summer may require medium weightlifting.
  • Cleared criminal records check
