What can you expect?

The Retail Key Holder serves as a prominent figure in maintaining exceptional customer service standards across Sunshines various retail outlets. Your passion for the outdoors will shine through as you contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities include restocking merchandise, handling cash transactions accurately, and providing unparalleled service to our guests. This role oversees the opening and closing procedures of 1-2 stores, ensuring smooth operations throughout the day. Attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

This job might be right for you if you have:

• Retail or relevant key holding/customer service experience.
• Cash management experience; Till balancing, POS, returns, cash-outs, deposits
• A history of up keeping stores and maintaining merchandizing standards.
• A desire to develop product knowledge of our seasonal gear.
• Previous inventory, warehouse, or receiving experience.

And you have:

• Good organisational skills.
• A passion for selling and customer engagement.
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and self esteem.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.
