What can you expect?

Base Area Custodians provide outstanding experience for our guests. They are responsible for cleaning and maintaining public and office areas including washrooms as well as answering guest queries. Custodians collaborate closely with other team members, operating under the supervision of the Foreperson and reporting directly to the Base Area Supervisor. This is a physical position requiring manual labour, lifting, and carrying.

Key Responsibilities:

• This role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the overall cleanliness in public spaces including: washrooms, stairwells, seating areas, executive offices and department breakrooms.
• Being responsible for clearing garbage, recycling and ensuring all areas are trash free.
• Being friendly and approachable. This role answers general questions our guest may have about the mountain and operations.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, as well as physical aptitude for bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching and standing for extended periods of time.
• You have an energetic and positive persona.
• You are self-motivated, love problem solving and working in a small but close knit team.
• You have a PASSION for cleaning!
