What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct data analysis on fleet operations, including maintenance costs, asset utilization, and total cost of ownership
  • Gather and validate data from internal systems and external sources to support business initiatives
  • Analyze owned and rented fleet performance, including vendor service levels and utilization trends
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support operational decision-making
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Document processes and support the development of training and reference materials
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Fleet Maintenance, Operations, Finance, and IT teams

What You Bring:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required); experience with Access or other data tools is an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timelines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience with Power BI, Python, or other data visualization tools is a strong asset.

Qualifications :

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Preferred: Third-year student or higher
  • Previous co-op or internship experience considered an asset
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, or process improvement work

Broadband Salary Range: $23.00– $37.00.

Our typical hiring range is between $23.00 and $30.00 CAD Hourly. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
