The position would include checking in patients, booking appointments, running health cards, pre-testing patients as needed, and of course answering phones. Looking for an associate to work front desk temporary contract 6-8mths but at full-time hrs (32-36) How do we take care of you? * Full time position available immediately. Experience in optics will be an asset * Competitive wages based on your experience * Benefit program including health, dental, LTD, RSSP with employer contribution * Free eyeglasses annually What do you need? * Willingness to deliver excellent patient care utilizing the training we will give you * Ability to be organized and complete tasks on time * Booking appointments and invoicing, direct billing for patients * Conducting pre-test and special tests * Complete necessary administration Evening Schedule: Monday to Thursday Weekend Schedule: No You like what you see?
