The HR Generalist will execute full-cycle HR business partner activities, including recruiting, employee relations, and training compliance. They will also partner with management to support HR needs, labour relations, and the implementation of corporate HR strategies. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree with a focus on Human Resources or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of local, provincial, and federal employment legislation are required.
