Position #: 180598 Expected Start Date: October 26, 2026 Union: HSAS Facility: Yorkton Regional Health Centre City/Town: Yorkton Department: Mental Health Community Case Management Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: March 31, 2027 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 14 shifts of 8 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Field Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Social Worker - BSW $35.137 to $42.966 Travel Required: Yes Job Description: Reporting to the Program Manager of Child and Youth, Mental Health and Addiction Services, Sunrise Health Region, the incumbent will participate as an active member of a multidisciplinary team. The Social Worker within the Mental Health and Addiction Services Team provides assessments and therapeutic interventions for clients and their families, addressing the emotional and social needs of children and youth facing mental health issues, with the primary objective to the support and strengthen social functioning. This is done through collaboration with the client and/or family, the Mental Health and Addiction Service Interdisciplinary Team, and other service providers within Sunrise Health Region and communities. Requirements
