Position #: 101079 Expected Start Date: October 27, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Victoria Hospital City/Town: Prince Albert Department: Pediatric Nursing Unit Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: November 12, 2028 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 28 shifts of 8 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.040 to $52.440 Travel Required: No Job Description: The Clinical Educator integrates skills and knowledge from nursing theory and principles of adult learning in the provision of direct patient care, clinical coordination, clinical problem-solving, education and research for a defined group of patients and/or programs. The incumbent will provide leadership that is visible, pro-active and provides the delivery of client care through the application of practice standards. In consultation with the site Director/Manager(s), the individual is responsible for assessing learning needs of staff, planning, implementing and evaluating designated educational activities/programs either facility-based and/or Region wide. The HCCE will use a consultative approach with evidence based research to provide support to Staff.
