Farm Soil Sampler - Seasonal

As a Soil Sampler you will travel across your assigned region and use GPS equipment and specialized company-provided vehicles to collect soil samples from our customer's fields, to be analyzed for a Farmers Edge laboratory. What you'll be doing: Travel to assigned rural locations to take core soil samples from grower's fields Ensure quality control and accurate recording of sample data Regularly communicate with leadership to discuss field conditions Sampling database administration and maintenance Safe operation of motorized vehicles and specialized sampling equipment What you'll need to be successful: Valid driver's license* for designated province/state of employment; Some agricultural experience would be an asset; Ability to carry up to 20 kg; Ability to travel, often to rural areas Availability to work a combination of days, evenings and/or weekends Live Life at the Edge! *The successful candidate will be required to provide proof of, and maintain an acceptable driving record, consistent with our Vehicle Use Policies, to be eligible for employment with Farmers Edge. The Soil Sampler travels to assigned rural locations to collect core soil samples from growers' fields using specialized equipment. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate sample data and communicating field conditions to leadership.

Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record. The role requires the physical ability to carry up to 20 kg and the flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends.
