Monitor energy performance, manage utility data, and identify efficiency opportunities to reduce operating costs across municipal facilities. Requires a University Degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or a similar program with at least five years of relevant experience. Professional designations like P.Eng, CEM, or PMP are considered assets.
