The delivery agent is responsible for sorting and preparing mail and parcels at the depot before delivering them to customers by foot or vehicle. They must also unload incoming shipments and maintain a professional presence in the community. Candidates must possess a valid Class 5 or Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record for at least three years. Additionally, they must be physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy mail items and be available for on-call work.
