What are your contributions to the team? Continuously optimize and refine Bombardier’s aftermarket pricing strategies across all revenue streams, including parts, products, labor rates, technical publications, Mobile Response Team (MRT) services, digital solutions, and cost‑per‑hour programs. Execute the annual aftermarket pricing strategy, conducting in‑depth analysis of more than 200,000 parts and 9,000 products to ensure alignment with financial objectives. Own and oversee market‑based pricing analyses, gathering insights, monitoring performance, and supporting the deployment of key pricing initiatives. Conduct research on market dynamics, collect benchmark data and assess the competitive landscape, including aircraft OEMs, suppliers, and dealer networks, to inform pricing decisions. Drive the evolution of pricing models, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, improve value capture, and support long‑term revenue growth. Perform cost analyses to support Procurement and Material Logistics in identifying cost‑reduction opportunities and strengthening supplier negotiations. Collaborate with the Sales team to develop customer‑specific pricing and discount strategies that support revenue growth and long‑term customer loyalty. How to thrive in this role? University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or similar analytical role. Strong execution and project‑management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. High attention to detail and numerical accuracy; able to work independently and in cross‑functional teams. Experience in data modeling, analytics, and strategy execution to support informed business decisions. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, Power BI, and Databricks; statistical analysis experience is an asset. Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations tailored to diverse audiences. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset. Self-starter mentality, focused on innovation, process optimization.
