Provide trauma-informed nursing care to incarcerated clients with complex physical, mental health, substance use, and communicable disease needs, including assessments, triage, treatment, medication administration, and monitoring. Coordinate referrals and discharge planning with the interprofessional team, educate clients, and maintain accurate clinical records.
