The role involves managing the full lifecycle of subcontracts, including sourcing, negotiating, and awarding contracts for the Marine Sector, and ensuring compliance with prime contract requirements and internal policies. Responsibilities also include acting as the primary liaison with subcontractors, managing their performance against cost and schedule, and resolving issues through continuous improvement.

Technical Writer (6-Month Fixed Term)

Provide technical writing, editing, and formatting support for the Marine & Mission Systems Department, including the production of engineering reports and proposals. Manage document control processes, including tracking, registering, and submitting approved documentation to clients.

Manage the end-to-end purchasing process from requisition to delivery while ensuring compliance with company policies. Drive supplier relationship management and lead procurement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
