Position Overview The Junior Account Executive will support client acquisition and account management efforts by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, and helping deliver recruitment solutions that meet client needs. Responsibilities Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals. Support senior account leaders in managing client relationships and recruitment engagements. Schedule and participate in client meetings, discovery calls, and business development presentations. Develop an understanding of client hiring needs and workforce challenges. Assist in preparing proposals, service agreements, and client presentations. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities within the CRM system. Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure successful candidate placements and client satisfaction. Monitor industry trends, hiring activity, and market developments. Contribute to achieving team revenue and business development goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, staffing, account management, customer service, or business development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospective clients. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. Experience using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is an asset. Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and professional services. What We Offer Contract Role - $20/hr.-$30/hr. Comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced recruitment professionals.
