Provide crisis counselling, case management, and workshop implementation for women and gender diverse people within a feminist framework. Ensure the overall health and safety of the shelter while developing individualized housing and tenancy support plans.

The Shelter Support Worker provides crisis counselling, case management, and daily support services to residents within a feminist, trauma-informed framework. They are also responsible for developing workshops, maintaining building safety, and advocating for clients navigating homelessness and mental health challenges.
