Job Title : TrackWise Consultant Location : Canada(Remote) Duration : Contract Job Description: Looking for a pure TrackWise Consultant (not generic QA/QMS) with strong workflow configuration + API integration + SQL backend expertise, and exposure to QMS processes (CAPA/NC/Change Control) in regulated environments.” JD Role Summary We are looking for a skilled TrackWise Consultant with strong technical and functional expertise to support development, configuration, and integration of TrackWise Quality Management System. The candidate will play a key role in implementing and supporting enterprise QMS processes, ensuring scalability, compliance, and integration with other enterprise applications. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities TrackWise Implementation & Configuration • Configure workflows, forms, fields, and coordinator in TrackWise • Manage user roles, security profiles, and access control • Develop and enhance TrackWise modules aligned with business requirements • Build and maintain TrackWise Reports (Single, Multi and QV) Integration & Interfaces • Design and Develop integrations with external systems using: o Java\J2EE and Web Services (SOAP / REST APIs) o TrackWise IWS / OWS / DB-level interfaces • Work on data synchronization between TrackWise and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, BI platforms) Database & Backend Support • Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers • Perform performance tuning and query optimization • Maintain TrackWise database schema and data integrity Upgrade & Release Management • Support TrackWise upgrades (v9.x / v10.x / TW Web) • Handle environment setup, migration, and deployment activities • Assist in vulnerability remediation and patch upgrades Release\Production Support • Manage TrackWise Migration from lower to higher environment. • Manage TrackWise Web service deployment. • Troubleshoot incidents, defects, and TrackWise integration issues • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide permanent fixes • Coordinate with DBA, Infra, and business teams ________________________________________ Mandatory Skills • Hands-on experience with Sparta\Honeywell Systems TrackWise (v9 / v10 / TW Web) • Strong knowledge of TrackWise workflows, configuration, and reporting • Experience in TrackWise API (IWS and OWS) and Java Web Services (SOAP and REST) • Strong SQL Server skills (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning) • Experience in system integration and troubleshooting ________________________________________ Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills • Java (OOP, Collections, JDBC, multithreading basics) • Experience with TrackWise upgrades and migrations • Familiarity with QMS / Quality • Exposure to SAP, Power BI, or enterprise integrations • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and environment automation ________________________________________ Business / Functional Experience • Understanding of quality processes such as: o CAPA, Non-Conformance (NC), Change Control o Audit Management and Compliance workflows • Experience working with global stakeholders in regulated environments ________________________________________ Soft Skills • Strong communication and stakeholder management • Ability to work in a cross-functional global team • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability Thanks & Regards Rushinga Reddy Yochana Solutions Inc 248-598-7513 (D) || [email protected] 248-876-4228(Fax)

The consultant will support the development, configuration, and integration of the TrackWise Quality Management System. They will implement and support enterprise QMS processes, ensuring compliance and integration with other applications.

Candidates must have hands-on experience with TrackWise systems and strong SQL skills. Familiarity with QMS processes and experience in regulated environments is also required.
