They will work collaboratively within an inter-professional team to ensure optimal client care and participate in program evaluation and quality improvement.

The Registered Practical Nurse will perform physical assessments, provide health education, and offer counseling to clients within the Refugee Health Program. They are also responsible for maintaining clinical areas, documenting patient progress, and participating in inter-professional case conferences.
