We help operators and sponsors get capital-ready — combining data-driven origination, sector research, and a proprietary deal-scoring and qualification framework with traditional advisory judgment. We focus on understanding investor theses and sponsor fundamentals first, then doing the positioning and preparation work that gets a strong opportunity in front of the right institutional team. Capital raising, placement, and M&A execution are conducted through our broker-dealer partner, KingsRock Securities (FINRA/SIPC member). Wellington Row Group does not effect securities transactions.
