Position Overview We are seeking experienced and reliable equipment operators to join our civil construction team. If you are safety-focused, hardworking and experienced in heavy equipment operation, we want to hear from you. Available Positions Rock Truck Driver Packer Operator Responsibilities Rock Truck Driver Safely operate a 30-ton articulated rock truck Haul and dump materials as directed Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues Work closely with supervisors and other operators Follow all site safety procedures Packer Operator Operate compaction equipment to achieve required densities Perform compaction work for road building, site preparation, and civil projects Follow site specifications and grade requirements Conduct routine equipment checks and basic maintenance Collaborate effectively with crew members on-site General Requirements (Both Positions) Proven experience operating relevant heavy equipment Strong understanding of construction site safety practices Ability to work in varying weather and terrain conditions Reliable transportation to and from the job site Ability to work well within a team environment Preferred Qualifications CSTS 2020 and other safety certifications Experience in roadwork, site preparation, or heavy civil construction Mechanical aptitude for minor maintenance and trouble shooting.
