Victoria Women’s Transition House Society (VWTH), working collaboratively since 1975, provides shelter, support, counselling and education to women of all ages, with or without children, so that they can live free from the effects of abuse in intimate relationships. The Society strives to prevent and eliminate abuse through education, advocacy and partnerships. VWTH is a registered charity with more than 50 staff and 75 volunteers. We deliver programs and services at 6 sites throughout the Greater Victoria Region.

Provides direct support, crisis intervention, and counselling to residents and crisis line callers while implementing residential programs. Facilitates support groups, manages client service plans, and advocates for clients with community service providers.
