Position: As a CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR, you will be responsible for: Drawing distribution and management. Maintenance of project registers and Project Management Software. Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database; Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules; Issue Notices of Revision, Site Instructions, and Requests for Information. Attend meetings as required, take and distribute minutes as needed. Process Shop Drawings. Create Slab Edge Drawings. File administration. Writing progress reports where required. Develop and compile close out documentation for both warranty manuals and occupancy inspections. Miscellaneous AutoCAD Drafting. Distribute Consultant and City Reports to the Sub-Trades. Assisting the Project Manager in any other aspect of Project Management. Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others. What you’ll do

The coordinator is responsible for managing drawing distribution, project registers, and change orders within project management software. They also assist the Project Manager with proposals, tenders, budgets, and the issuance of site instructions and progress reports.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Advanced Diploma in Architectural Technology or a Technician’s Diploma with relevant experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Microsoft Office is required, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
