Job summary
Onboard Experience Mentor, In-Flight Services Air Canada Rouge is looking for an Onboard Experience Mentor to coach, support and develop our amazing Rouge Crew as they continue to create memorable moments by delivering an outstanding experience for travellers everywhere. Take your passion for customer service excellence to new heights! Overview: As a subject matter expert, you’ll help ensure Safety remains the number one priority while creating a positive onboard experience through leadership, consistency and recognition of exemplary service that exudes Canadian Charm and is Friendly + all while keeping Efficiency in mind. We’re proud of what we deliver and are always looking for ways to make the onboard experience even better. As a mentor, you’ll be perfectly positioned to gather feedback on what is and isn’t working for both our passengers and Rouge Crew. If you are an enthusiastic team player with experience as a flight attendant or Lead and a passion for customer service, we’d love to hear from you. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, with excellent communication, conflict resolution, leadership and inter-personal skills. They will be able to work without direct supervision and also need to be flexible, open-minded and resilient. All successful candidates will be required to complete the flight attendant initial training course and maintain their qualifications. Reports to the Manager, Customer Experience Detailed Qualifications: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Demonstrates leadership skills, professional maturity and mutual respect Proven ability to work well with others, proactive and enthusiastic team player Demonstrates flexibility and embraces change with ease Highly adaptable and flexible to support a 24/7 operation Willingness and ability to travel Demonstrates impeccable grooming Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel High regard for confidentiality Previous cabin crew experience required Position based in Toronto Linguistic Requirements : Based on equal qualifications, preference will be given to bilingual candidates Meet the qualification? Requirements
Requires previous cabin crew experience and the ability to complete flight attendant initial training. Candidates must demonstrate leadership skills, flexibility for 24/7 operations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
