The successful candidate will teach core courses in the minor in Indigenous Studies and undergraduate/graduate courses in Public Policy or Administration. They are also expected to engage in impactful research and contribute to the department's academic and administrative functions.

The Team Lead oversees daily operational matters for international course-based master's programs, including recruitment, applicant evaluation, and conversion. They also lead the admissions team and analyze enrolment data to provide recommendations for strategic decision-making.
