Duties Work from a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and harm reduction framework Provide individualized vocational support Facilitate group programming Collaborate with community partners Support opportunities for social inclusion Promote skill development Encourage community participation Qualifications Completion of a Community Health Worker, Social Service Worker, or related diploma program, or an equivalent combination of education, relevant experience, and/or lived experience. Minimum one (1) to two (2) years' experience supporting individuals experiencing mental illness, substance use, homelessness, or complex social needs. Demonstrated knowledge of recovery-oriented practice, harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and anti-oppressive approaches. Experience facilitating groups, workshops, or psychoeducational programming. Excellent interpersonal, communication, engagement, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in community environments and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated computer proficiency and ability to document electronically.
