Negotiate and administer property and development agreements, assess risks, resolve issues, and prepare recommendations and supporting materials for TTC and city-building initiatives.

Identify and coordinate temporary and permanent property requirements and easements for capital projects, supporting property acquisition, negotiation, and expropriation within approved schedules and budgets. Coordinate complex property agreements and work with project teams, government real estate and legal departments, property owners, and other stakeholders, including preparing approvals and reports and supporting expropriation hearings.
