As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily shipping and receiving operations, maintain an organized and safe warehouse, and ensure accurate documentation and packaging to meet quality and delivery deadlines. Key Responsibilities Receive, verify and document incoming shipments; process waybills, packing slips and related paperwork. Pick, pack and prepare outbound orders; verify sales orders and sign packing slips. Load/unload shipments and ensure proper end-of-shift shutdown. Assemble, package, label and scribe products correctly to prevent transit damage. Maintain warehouse organization, equipment functionality and required supplies. Communicate with couriers, suppliers, Procurement and other stakeholders; schedule shipments as needed. Report discrepancies, damaged items or missed deadlines to the Operations Manager; record and develop NCRs when required. Follow QMS, safety policies and continuous improvement procedures; assist with general maintenance and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid forklift certification and ability to lift medium–heavy loads. Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments; data-entry skills an asset. Able to work outdoors and across multiple departments; adaptable and team-oriented. Strong attention to accuracy, quality and safety; self-sufficient in supervisors’ absence.
