About this role: The Territory Sales Associate (TSA) sells and ensures best‑in‑class merchandising including building displays, packing out product, replenishing permanent secondary displays, and maintaining salability of all authorized Hershey products. The TSA works part‑time within an established territory, supporting retail execution and contributing to sales growth in the Lethbridge Region and surrounding area. What will you do: * Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all authorized Hershey items within assigned territory * Achieve retail merchandising objectives through effective use of permanent secondary displays and merchandising tools * Report weekly activities including expenses, competitive insights, promotions, and administrative tasks * Submit daily activity reporting through tablet technology upon completion of each day * Maintain store appearance and execute product presentation standards aligned with retail plans and selling history * Responsible for territory execution across varying store sizes, retailer types, and geographic locations * Provides coaching to sales staff on Hershey products and merchandising strategies * Coordinates visual presentation of merchandise including store layout and display planning What we Need: * 1–3 years of relevant sales experience preferred * Post‑secondary education is optional * Must reside within the boundaries of the assigned territory * Strong understanding of sales techniques (CPG preferred) * Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills * Effective communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently within a team environment * Detail‑oriented with innovative thinking * Proficient in Microsoft Office and iPad technology * Ability to lift up to 30 lbs; must hold valid driver's license and insurance Benefits and Perks of Working at Hershey Canada: * Of course… exposure to some of the finest chocolate and non-chocolate confectionery products * Corporate social responsibility programs - because we should leave the world a little better than we found it * Fantastic reward and recognition programs * Flexible Work Environment The anticipated hourly base salary range for this role is from $15.25 to $19.10. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training. In addition to a market-competitive base salary, our Total Rewards package includes performance‑based incentives and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package designed to support overall physical, mental, and financial well‑being (as applicable).
